Product Description
TAITIAN Hydraulic Deep Drawing Press also called metal stamping press, it is used for deep drawing,stamping,punch of metal sheet for automobile, kitchenware and household appliance industries.Taitian deep drawing press adopts Taiwan technology,the speed and pressure has been well adjutable by using servo driven control system.
Main Features:
1.Hydraulic deep drawing with H frame structure and removable tie bar, strong machine rigidity, easy to install.
2.Use eight side guiding system, high precision, strong anti-side load.
3.All hydraulic systems are all installed on the upper platform to ensure oil tank/main cylinder/oil pump/valve block are absolutely compacted, with advantage of low shock,short pipeline and low noise.
4.Stamping circle time is around 4 seconds/circle, deep drawing circle time will be around 6 seconds/circle
5.With Electric die changing trolley.
6.Suitable robot for loading and unloading can be equipped according to customers' products size.
Applications:
Apply for stamping /drawing TV rear panel,as well as other hardware'sdrawing and short stroke stamping process.
